It took 2 playoff holes and an extra birdie for Bob Gaus to start the 2010 Gateway PGA tournament season off with a hard fought victory at The Cove Golf Course in Lake Ozarks, MO. Bob, along with Mike Tucker (Bellerive CC Head Pro) shot 1-under par 70 to reach the playoff. Both made par on the 9th hole to start the playoff. On the 10th tee, both players drove their shots to the 100 yard marker where Tucker hit his wedge to 20 ft. and Gaus answered with a nice wedge shot which stopped a mere 4 ft. from the cup. Gaus rolled his putt in (after Tucker's near miss) to win the Tournament. CONGRATULATIONS Bob on taking the Central Missouri Classic Title for 2010.
